what do you charge per session?
My fee for an individual, fifty-minute session is $120 and my fee for EMDR or Brainspotting sessions is $150. Group sessions are $30. which treatment modalities do you use?
I take an eclectic approach with my clients, utilizing strategies that best fit my clients’ needs. I incorporate Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), enneagrams, sand tray, EMDR, and Brainspotting into my methodology.
do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, I am currently unable to take insurance. Once I obtain my licensed clinical professional counselor certification later in 2024, I plan to panel with insurance providers.
do you offer virtual sessions?
Although in-person sessions are preferred and, in many cases, provide for better results, I am happy to work with you virtually! I am licensed in Kansas and, due to the enactment of recent legislation in the state, I am authorized to provide virtual therapy to anyone in any state that is part of the Counseling Compact. You can check the map here. This can be very helpful when a client moves for college or relocation.
do you offer free consultations?
Yes! I’m happy to schedule a 15-minute phone consultation with you free of charge. This will provide an opportunity for you to share what you need from a therapist and figure out if I am a good fit for you. The therapist–client relationship is the most important factor in counseling success!
can I give you permission to share info with
my family or other professionals?
Yes! If you are at least 18 years old, you may authorize the exchange of some or all types of information with whomever you wish. To do this, you will need to fill out a release of information form here or by clicking the button below.
